GuidelinesPerianal AbscessesDescription General Measures ICD-10 code: K61.0-4 DESCRIPTION An abscess adjacent to the anus. Caused by organisms spreading through the wall of the anus into peri-anal soft tissues. Presents as an indurated or tender area adjacent to the anus.
