Webinar speaker: Prof Mark Sonderup
|
|
|
Professor Mark Sonderup is Professor of Medicine and Hepatology at the University of Cape Town. He is currently Acting Head of the Division of Hepatology, Liver and Liver Transplant Clinic at Groote Schuur Hospital, Cape Town. Research interests include viral hepatitis, eliminating viral hepatitis, HIV associated liver disease, drug induced liver injuries and the porphyrias. He serves on the WHO Viral Hepatitis Strategic Advisory Group. He is a keen advocate for expanding access to care and eliminating viral hepatitis.
