Dicyclomine
Dicyclomine relieves smooth muscle spasm of the gastrointestinal tract. It has antimuscarinic effects on acetylcholine receptors and also has a direct effect on smooth muscle.

Magnesium
Magnesium is the second most abundant cation in intracellular fluid and is an essential body electrolyte. It is a factor in a number of enzyme systems, and is involved in neurochemical transmission and muscular excitability. 

Aluminium 
Aluminium hydroxide is a basic inorganic salt that neutralises gastric hydrochloric acid and thus has an antacid effect.  It also inhibits the actions of pepsin by decreasing the acidity of the stomach.
